You asked for it. Now you’re gonna get it. We’re introducing a TON of new features when we take the site down later this week. So many, in fact, that we will probably forget to mention a few. Here’s a sampling:
Ever post a status update on your Facebook wall and wish your employees could do the same on the company wall? Well, now they can! You’ll be able to sort by employee and date posted. Enable the new feature through the Setup Wizard.
You can now turn on paid breaks in the setup wizard. These breaks will allow your employees to record a break of up to 60 minutes without clocking out. When enabled, a new breaks button will show up below the clock-out button. Currently 8 states require paid breaks, so if you’re in California, Colorado, Illinois, Kentucky, Minnesota, Nevada, Oregon, or Washington, take heed. Don’t worry, you can still use the paid breaks feature if you’re elsewhere, you just don’t need to.
Select Default Account Codes and Projects for Employees
Administrators and Supervisors can finally set default account codes and projects for their employees. Click on an employee’s name to access settings, then visit their respective pages to select or change default values.
